Please read this disclaimer carefully before participating in Fluid Finance (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Fluid Finance’s investment services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with this disclaimer, do not invest or participate.
1. Nature of the Service
Fluid Finance operates as a private investment pool that allows investors to allocate capital into child accounts that automatically replicate trades executed by a master trading account on Tradovate’s futures trading platform. This service enables investors to collectively participate in futures markets via the master-child account structure.
You acknowledge that Fluid Finance merely facilitates access to the master account’s trading strategy through a copy-trading mechanism and does not directly manage or trade on individual investor accounts.
2. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this Platform, including but not limited to any communications, marketing materials, or investment performance data, constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other professional advice. Fluid Finance does not provide personalized recommendations, and nothing should be considered an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instruments or products.
You are encouraged to consult with a qualified financial advisor or other professional to determine whether an investment in Fluid Finance suits your individual circumstances, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
3. Investment Risks
Investing in futures markets involves significant risks, including the risk of losing your entire capital. Past performance of the master account or the Platform does not guarantee future results. The value of investments may fluctuate, sometimes dramatically, and you could lose more than your initial deposit.
Trading futures is speculative and may not be suitable for all investors, especially those with limited capital or risk tolerance. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with investing through Fluid Finance, including but not limited to market volatility, liquidity risks, trading errors, and technology failures.
4. Initial Capital Coverage
To further safeguard your investment, Fluid Finance maintains an internal coverage policy that protects client losses up to $8,500 USD per child account. This coverage is provided at our discretion and is subject to the terms and limits outlined in your investment agreement.
5. Minimum Investment and Eligibility
Participation in Fluid Finance requires a minimum deposit of £1,500. By investing, you confirm that you meet any applicable regulatory, legal, and financial requirements in your jurisdiction and that you have the necessary knowledge and experience to understand the risks involved.
Fluid Finance reserves the right to refuse participation or limit access at its sole discretion.
6. Fee Structure
You agree to the following fees associated with Fluid Finance:
Performance Fee: 20%–30% of profits generated by the master trading account, payable to Fluid Finance.
Management Fee: 1%–3% monthly fee calculated on your total invested capital, charged regardless of profitability.
Fees are subject to change with prior notice. Additional tiered fee incentives may apply for larger investors as specified in your investment agreement.
7. Withdrawal Policies
Profits: You may withdraw profits on a monthly basis.
Capital: Requests to withdraw invested capital require a minimum 30-day notice to allow for orderly unwinding of positions and allocation adjustments.
Fluid Finance reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to market disruptions, technical failures, or regulatory constraints.
8. No Guarantee of Returns
Fluid Finance makes no guarantees or promises regarding investment returns or capital preservation. You acknowledge that the trading performance of the master account can be volatile and unpredictable.
9. No Liability for Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluid Finance, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of your participation in the Platform or your reliance on any information provided.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Your investment activities are executed through Tradovate’s futures trading platform and its master-child account system. Fluid Finance is not responsible for the operation, security, or availability of third-party platforms. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions of these third-party services.
11. Account Security and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Fluid Finance is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account due to negligence or security breaches.
12. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, content, and proprietary materials related to Fluid Finance, are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13. Changes to Terms
Fluid Finance reserves the right to amend or update this disclaimer and related terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and any disputes related to Fluid Finance shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within this jurisdiction.
15. Acceptance of Risk
By investing in Fluid Finance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks, fees, and terms outlined in this disclaimer. Your investment is made voluntarily, with full knowledge of these terms.
