Fluid Finance – Terms and Conditions

By using Fluid Finance (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

Fluid Finance allocates investor capital into Tradovate child accounts that mirror trades from a master account. We do not offer investment advice or portfolio management.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and meet applicable regulatory and financial suitability requirements. Minimum investment: £1,500.

3. Fees

• Management Fee: 1%–3% monthly on invested capital.

• Performance Fee: 20%–30% of monthly net profits.
  Fees are deducted automatically and are subject to change with notice.
  
  

4. Withdrawals

• Profit withdrawals: Once per month.

• Capital withdrawals: Require 30-day written notice.
  Fluid Finance reserves the right to delay withdrawals under exceptional circumstances.
  
  

5. Risk Disclosure

Futures trading involves substantial risk. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account security, information accuracy, and compliance with local laws.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We use Tradovate for trade execution and account infrastructure. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All Fluid Finance branding, materials, and content are owned by us. Use without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from investment activity, system downtime, or service disruptions, except as required by law.

10. Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
